Policies

We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

• ✅ More than 7 days before your party — full refund
• 🔄 Within 7 days of your party — free rescheduling to another available date
• ❌ Within 48 hours of your party — no refund, but we'll do our best to reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, email us at happycampersfife@gmail.com with your booking reference.

Our equipment is professionally cleaned and inspected before every booking. We ask that you take reasonable care of it during your party.

• 🏕️ Please keep food and drinks away from the tents and bedding
• 🐾 Please keep pets away from the equipment
• 🚭 No smoking near the equipment

In the event of significant damage beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to charge a repair or replacement fee. We will always discuss this with you before taking any action.

Happy Campers is based in Torryburn, Fife, Scotland. We take your privacy seriously.

What data we collect

• • Your name, email address and phone number
• • Your home address (for setup purposes only)
• • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)

How we use your data

• • To process and confirm your booking
• • To contact you about your party
• • To send your booking confirmation email

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (EU servers). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g. Stripe for payments, Resend for emails).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at happycampersfife@gmail.com.

• • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received
• • We operate on Fridays and Saturdays only
• • Setup takes 30 minutes to an hour. We ask that an adult is present during setup and collection
• • Collection takes place the following morning between 10am and 12pm
• • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe weather, illness). In this case a full refund will be issued
• • Happy Campers is fully insured for public liability
• • By making a booking you agree to these terms
